Having personally lost 100 pounds, Kelly understands the challenges of feeling self-conscious in the gym and uses this experience to empower others on their fitness journeys.
Specializing in women's training, Kelly offers tailored support for clients from pregnancy through menopause, ensuring they feel confident and capable at every stage of their lives. Kelly is committed to building a community rooted in inclusivity, real connections, and support, helping everyone achieve their fitness goals while embracing their unique experiences. Elaine is a Canfitpro certified trainer with 5 years of experience teaching fitness classes both online and in the gym. It is her passion to encourage and empower people in their fitness and health journeys. Her life motto is “take one positive step at a time”. Elaine is a personal training specialist as well as a healthy eating and weight loss coach. She has studied fascia and mobility, TRX training, and has a background in martial arts. She is thrilled to be part of the Fierce Fitness team since they pair quality instruction with a welcoming community atmosphere.

This became a sanctuary during the toughest times, fostering the strength and integrity needed to face life's challenges. Becoming a trainer, he aimed to impart the same strength and meaning to others. With nearly half a lifetime of experience, he learned that most people underestimate their capabilities.
Now, his focus is on building mental fortitude. By pushing individuals to challenge themselves, they discover they can achieve what once seemed "too hard." This understanding leads to flourishing in all life aspects. In essence, he teaches that consistent effort leads to progress in any endeavor.

After facing an injury in her 20s, she developed a unique approach to training that emphasizes mindfulness and the importance of listening to one’s body. Andrea teaches clients to recognize the difference between good and bad pain, guiding them to avoid pushing through discomfort that could lead to further injury.
Her passion lies in helping individuals work through their injuries and trauma, enabling them to lead healthier, pain-free lives.
