our classes are planned to be challenging, fun, and help you become the strongest version of yourself.

class types

We rotate through these class types throughout the week, while strategically interchanging class types, rep numbers in sets, and exercise types, to ensure progressive overload and skyrocket your strength and endurance!

  • FIERCE Strength bootcamp classes focus on a series of weight training circuits, targeting select muscle groups. Exercises will vary each day and include body weight exercises, dumbbells, resistance bands, and TRX. Each class will also feature a core and cardio component to keep your heart rate up and burn those extra calories.

  • A high intensity full body workout that includes a mix of cardio and core. Each class varies, and will include some or all of the following: body weight exercises, sled pushes/pulls, battle ropes, TRX, Tabata style, & HIIT. An increased heart rate will ensure increased circulation and calorie burning. Be prepared to sweat!

  • FIERCE HIIT consists of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Classes will consist of 6-8 working stations with high-intensity strength, core, and cardio exercises.  The interval structure will be 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest. This class is a FIERCE Fam Fav!

  • FIERCE Tabata class consists of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) but with a specific timing interval of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. 8 rounds of a mix of strength, cardio and core exercises will bring on the burn. A fast-paced, full-body workout that burns a ton of calories!

  • FIERCE battle of the bands offers  a multitude of banded exercises. The only actual battle is with yourself, don’t worry! We use a variety of bands in various contexts to target specific muscle groups. Perfect for all levels and a great way to target specific muscle groups.

  • A class that makes use of the TRX Suspension Trainer for every exercise to add an element of stability. You can expect exercises that target all areas of the body for a fun and challenging spin on strength training, cardio and core!

  • A class that is centered around the use of a half fitness ball balance trainer. Your exercises will have an added balance component to challenge your important (but often forgotten) stabilizing muscles and strengthen your core. Also, who doesn’t love bouncing around on a ball?!
