FIERCE Strength bootcamp classes focus on a series of weight training circuits, targeting select muscle groups. Classes will vary each day and include body weight exercises, working with dumbbells, resistance bands, and TRX. Each class will also feature a core and cardio component to keep your heart rate up and burn those extra calories.
This is a high intensity full body workout. Each class varies, and will include some or all of the following:body weight exercises, sleds, battleropes, TRX, Tabata & HIIT. Increased heart rate will ensure that maximum calories are burned. Classes focus on a variety of cardio exercises and core strengthening work. Be prepared to sweat!
FIERCE HIIT consists of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Classes will consist of 6-8 working stations, with high-intensity exercises in a specific 45-seconds-on, 15-seconds-off interval. This class is FIERCE Fam Fav!
FIERCE Tabata class consists of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Typically eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. Tabata burns a ton of calories and provides a killer full-body workout.
FIERCE battle of the bands offers a multitude of banded exercises. We use a variety of bands to target specific muscle groups. Perfect for beginners to advanced.
This all TRX class makes use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, using a variety of exercises, for strength training, cardio and core workouts.
